Hi everyone! I’m Liliia — a licensed Realtor® here in Austin, and just like many of you, someone who packed up a whole life back home and started fresh in a new place.

I’m originally from Lviv, a city that will always hold my heart ???? I moved to Austin with my husband after receiving our permanent U.S. residency. At first, everything felt unfamiliar — but over time, Austin began to feel like home. I’m so grateful to have found a city that’s dynamic, welcoming, diverse, and full of warm people and opportunities. And having such an incredible Ukrainian community here truly makes it feel like home!

Back in Ukraine, I spent years working in HR and later as a business analyst in tech industry. I loved what I did, but when I moved here, I knew I wanted something more dynamic, something that would let me really help others. That’s how real estate entered my life — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Now, I help both buyers and sellers navigate the local real estate market with confidence. Whether it’s guiding first-time homebuyers, helping families upsize or downsize, or preparing a listing for a successful sale — I’m here to make the process smooth, strategic, and personalized. My job is about more than contracts and closings — it’s about people, trust, big life changes, and building something new. I put my heart into every step, and I’m proud to say that in just two years, I’ve become one of the top-producing agents at my brokerage.

Outside of work, my heart is always with Ukraine. I volunteer with Liberty Ukraine Foundation, I’m a member of UNWLA (Ukrainian National Women’s League of America), and I also serve as the Global Ambassador for Ukraine at the Austin Board of Realtors®. Staying connected to our roots while giving back here in Austin is something I value deeply.
